Churn House consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a TV, DVD player and WiFi, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a communal games room with books, games and a pool table. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor twin, and a child’s bunk bed, along with a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is a front enclosed patio with furniture, a shared lawn with children’s play area and furniture, off-road parking for one car and EV charging. Within 2.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, however there is an additional charge for pets.
