The staff were very helpful and polite.

The budget room may not be ideal if you have respiratory issues-it’s cold. Other than this, good hotel.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, the area is very quiet and close to the center, 5 minute walk. For the price point of this hotel it surprised us for the best, the rooms was nice (not new with some wear and tear) and clean. The breakfast was great. We live in Tbilisi we came because we didn't have water in our apartment (common) and we looked for budget hotel, happy we found this one.

Noise from the hallway, very echoey. Doors are internal doors almost without a lock, no security.

Завтрак хороший, но примерно за пол часа до конца заканчивается горячее, как альтернативу предлагают омлет порционно. Расположение хорошее, до стеклянного моста 10 минут пешком. Полотенца и постель белые, тапочки приносят каждый день, полотенца также меняют. Персонал приветлив

Недостаточная чистота — полы не мыли ни до нас, ни все 5 дней проживания. Адрес отеля немного не соответствует заявленному, название тоже

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a positive experience, but there are a few things that could definitely be improved. First, the location shown on the map was not accurate, and even the hotel name was displayed incorrectly, which made finding the property more difficult than expected. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was also very poor and often barely usable. The main issue for us was breakfast. We usually came around 9:00 a.m., but by that time many items were already finished — there were often no eggs, sausages, croissants, rice, and several other dishes, with many trays simply left empty. On one occasion, I specifically asked if they could prepare some boiled eggs for our children. At first, I was told by the cook that there would not be enough time to make them, but after I insisted, she kindly prepared five eggs for us. I think the breakfast service would benefit a lot from better planning and more frequent refilling, especially since 9:00 a.m. is still a normal breakfast time for hotel guests.
