Unit was as pictured. Dated, but clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy watching boats cruise by.

The property is in an excellent location, everything is the same as in the pictures. It has everything you needed, all kitchen utensils, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Two things: The first one is the pool was closed in our entire stay because of the pool guy used wrong ph treatment. The second thing is the air circulation system is too close to the unit and it never stops, works 24x7, nonstop, I mean nonstop and it makes noise and it is hard to fall in sleep.

I was in town for work and this little condo was the perfect place for me to relax after working long hours

The home was super cute and in a beautiful place on the inlet. Watching the boats come by is relaxing and fun. Close walk to the beach as well as water taxi to travel the area all the way down to Fort Lauderdale. The building is still a smaller one so it was very quite not a lot of guest it really felt as if we had it all to ourselves. Many times while swimming it was just us.
