Great location. Communication with Cathy (property manager) was spectacular. Our kids loved the pool area and it was a great space to just hang out and relax. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future!

We greatly enjoyed our stay Island Vibe 1. What a relaxing way to spend time on AMI. Very quiet neighborhood and a well-stocked place to stay. The short walk to the beach was done with the provided wagon loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, and supplies. Coming back to relax in the pool was an added bonus!

We originally booked Island Vibe 1 for January 2026. When we arrived we found everything to be as was described in the listing. The place was very clean and everything was as promised. The living area, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We had a minor issue that I offered to take care of but when I called Cathy, the property manager , she came over immediately and took care of it. The heated pool and outside areas were very enjoyable for all of our family. We had items that were provided to bring to the beach and use as we wanted. The day we were scheduled to leave there was a winter storm that was to affect our north drive home. We asked Cathy if we could stay longer and unfortunately new guests were arriving the next day. However Cathy had another property nearby and she arranged for us to stay there for almost a week until the weather improved. We were so happy that we did not have to drive home in a terrible ice and snowstorm. The second property was almost identical and was just as nice. We would not hesitate to go back and we are considering another visit there next year. Excellent experience there.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Vibe 1. Cathy was great and responded quickly with any questions or needs. We were able to enjoy the pool a couple days between the cool days & the beach was just a short walk away. No need to bring anything with you when staying here, they have everything for pool, beach & inside the condo. There are several restaurants & shops within walking distance, so not much need for a car. You won't be disappointed in your decision to stay at Island Vibe 1.
