A private space in Montpellier, between culture and nature!

Welcome to your space including a shower, toilet, kitchen and private living room adjoining our house. In addition to the bedroom which is on a mezzanine, you have a kitchen and living room space large enough to be comfortable; lot of light coming from the velux and windows of the front door. Everything is perfect for a relaxing or cultural stay in the city of Montpellier, near the beaches (about 20 to 25 minutes) and possible hikes in the Hérault.
You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a part of the garden at the front of the house.
We will be available to help you if needed.
You can park your car without problems in the residence.

Around the house you can shop on foot, there are several supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes. 2 tram lines and 1 bus serve the city center, but you can get there in just 30 minutes on foot.
We provide sheets and towels, but no beach towels.
We obviously want a respect of the premises.
We will favor stays of more than 3 nights.
To help us always have a clean accommodation, we ask for a cleaning fee of 40 euros.


Near the house there is Montcalm Park, where you can play sports or just go for a walk.
The city of Montpellier is an important cultural center, with many activities throughout the year. Close to Sète it offers in 30 minutes an interesting change of scenery; The hikes around the lake of Salagou, Saint Guilhem the desert, etc... are an opening on the geology of this part of France. Finally, the beaches of Palavas, Carnon, La Grande Motte and Les Aresquiers offer you various opportunities to enjoy the sea.
