Please note that there is a separate 1BR accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located on the property that is privately rented. The ADU is situated behind a privacy fence, creating separate outdoor spaces for each residence. Guests of the main home have exclusive use of all advertised amenities, including the pool, fenced yard, screened porch, and other outdoor living areas. The right side of the driveway is shared with the ADU occupant; however, each residence has its own designated parking area and private entrance.

This is a comfortable, family-friendly home in a working-class residential neighborhood. While it is well-maintained and equipped with modern conveniences, it is not a high-end luxury property. We encourage guests to book with expectations aligned with a relaxed, practical Charleston stay.


Swim at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty, so please keep a close eye on children at all times. 💦

Pool Care: The pool is professionally maintained and net-cleaned between every stay. 🌴 Due to surrounding trees, some natural debris may appear — two long-handled nets are provided for your use.

Parking: Please park only in the driveway 🚗
Parking elsewhere on the street is not permitted and may result in fines.

Noise Note: The home is conveniently located near I-26 — you may hear some light road noise when outside.

Pet Policy: 🐾 We’re DOG friendly only! A $60 pet fee applies. Please keep dogs off furniture and out of the pool, and clean up after them in the yard. We do not allow cats.
