Both private bedrooms have king beds. The condo includes 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, dining and living spaces, and a private balcony. A sofa bed provides another sleeping option within the four-guest limit. Beach essentials are provided for your coastal outings.

EXPLORE THE AREA
Walk to downtown dining and shopping, or drive to Melbourne Beach, the Indian River Lagoon and area attractions. Melbourne Orlando International Airport and groceries are within driving distance. Guests have private use of the entire condo and balcony; the parking area and exterior stairs are shared. Parking is available near the building.

IMPORTANT LOCATION DETAILS
The condo is reached by stairs with a mid-landing; there is no elevator. This is a lively downtown setting. Main Street Pub across the parking area hosts live music about 5–6 nights a week, generally until 10 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on Fridays. Brightline trains also pass through downtown. White-noise machines are provided in both bedrooms; light sleepers should consider the expected urban noise before booking.
