October in New Orleans brings a welcome shift - cooler evenings and golden afternoon light settling over the Bywater's leafy streets as art galleries and live music venues step into their familiar evening rhythm. This two-story home puts you right at the center of it all, a comfortable, well-equipped retreat for up to four guests to experience one of the city's most creative neighborhoods at your own pace.

Living space
Spread across two stories with an easy, comfortable flow, the home offers a practical and welcoming base for your time in New Orleans. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the space comfortable whatever the weather, and Wi-Fi is available throughout. A TV and dedicated workspace round things out for quieter evenings in or a few hours of remote work when you need it.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms hold three king beds in total, sleeping up to four guests with real comfort. The layout suits couples traveling together or close friends who want restful, spacious sleeping arrangements - no compromises here. Two and a half bathrooms ensure mornings run smoothly before a full day in the city.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a proper home-cooked meal. The setup includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and baking sheet. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - are stocked alongside dishes and silverware. Pull up a chair at the dining table and make the most of a meal in before heading back out.

Bathroom
Each bathroom is supplied with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels and hot water are provided so you can pack light and arrive without the extras.

Laundry & essentials
An in-unit washer and dryer keeps longer stays easy and packing light a genuine option. Bed linens, towels, hangers, an iron, and cleaning products are provided, along with essentials including soap and toilet paper.

Accessibility
An elevator serves the building with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and an interior at least 52 inches deep - practical and straightforward for all guests.

Neighborhood
The Bywater is one of New Orleans' most rewarding neighborhoods to explore on foot - art galleries, art markets, coffee shops, bars, live music venues, and restaurants sit right on your doorstep. Frenchmen Street, one of the city's most celebrated music strips, is four minutes away. Bourbon Street and the Superdome are a short drive or ride-share trip when you're ready to venture further afield. Free street parking is available right out front.
