The first room is the bedroom with artful decoration, tile floors, 2 night stands and light. The queen sized bed is comfortable and the windows are surrounded by vegetation for a restful night of sleep.

★Living Area:
Follow the hallway to the luminous living room with a peaceful view of the vegetation, the trees, a small pond and the putting green in the back.
You will like the quaint decoration with vivid artwork, a comfortable couch, an armchair and TV.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen was fully renovated with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The bar can comfortably seat 2 guests.

★Bathroom:
The renovated bathroom features a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

★Laundry:
The washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo.

★Pool:
Residents and guests can enjoy the communal heated pool. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Outdoor Space:
Open the sliding door to the patio with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with the sunlight, peace and quiet.

★Parking:
You can park your car outside, there's a designated outdoor parking.
No pick-up trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles.

★Amenities:
The Meadows is a beautiful community known for its scenic nature trails, perfect for walking, biking, and birdwatching. Residents interested in enjoying golf and other exclusive community amenities may contact The Meadows directly to inquire about separate membership options.

★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!

★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA rules
- No pick-up trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
