For beach days, dining and exploring the Malecón, a car is often not necessary. When you want to venture farther out, having a vehicle, taxi or local transportation service gives you easy access to Sandy Beach, the resort area, grocery stores, golf courses and other Puerto Peñasco attractions.

Free on-site parking is available at the property if you choose to drive. The convenient location also makes Puerto Viejo B-2 a great home base for exploring Puerto Peñasco while still being able to return to the ocean views and lively atmosphere of the Malecón.

For the safety and security of all our guests and residents, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind during your stay:

Please always make sure the main door leading into the complex is fully closed behind you.

Please close the garage door completely after entering or leaving the property.

When leaving the condo, please lock the condo door, even if you are only stepping out for a short time.

Please keep the garage remote and condo keys with you and return them as instructed at checkout.
