The Space:

Puerto Viejo C-3 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront condo in the heart of Puerto Peñasco, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

The condo features an open living, dining and kitchen area designed for families and groups to relax and spend time together. Large windows and sliding doors fill the space with natural light and showcase beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez.

The fully equipped kitchen offers full-size appliances, generous counter space and a breakfast bar, making it easy to prepare anything from morning coffee to a family dinner. Three comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms provide plenty of room and privacy for larger groups.

One of the highlights of C-3 is its outdoor living space overlooking the waterfront—the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, ocean breezes and Puerto Peñasco sunsets.

Guests have private access to the entire C-3 condominium during their stay, including all three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and private balcony.

You'll also have access to Puerto Viejo's private on-site garage parking and elevator, making arrival and unloading luggage especially convenient.

Check-in information, garage access instructions and everything you need to enter the condo will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Puerto Viejo is located directly on the Malecón in the heart of Puerto Peñasco's Old Port district—one of the most walkable and lively areas in Rocky Point.

Step outside and you're close to waterfront restaurants, local seafood, bars, shops, vendors and entertainment. Spend the afternoon exploring Old Port, enjoy dinner overlooking the Sea of Cortez, or walk the Malecón as the sun goes down.

Staying at Puerto Viejo means you can enjoy much of what makes Puerto Peñasco special without getting in the car.



Getting Around:

One of the advantages of staying at Puerto Viejo C-3 is that you can leave the car parked and explore much of the Malecón and Old Port on foot.

When you want to explore farther, Sandy Beach, area resorts, grocery stores, golf courses and other Puerto Peñasco attractions are a short drive away. Taxis and local transportation are also readily available.

Guests who bring a vehicle have access to private on-site garage parking during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Viejo is a residential condominium community, so we ask guests to be considerate of owners, residents and other visitors.

Please keep the garage entrance and garage door completely clear at all times. When entering or leaving, wait until the garage door has fully closed before driving away.

Please keep the condo secure whenever you leave, and follow the check-out instructions provided before departure.

During busy weekends and major Puerto Peñasco events, the Malecón and Old Port can be lively and crowded. One of the advantages of Puerto Viejo is being able to leave your vehicle securely parked and enjoy the area on foot.

Security Deposit:

A $200 refundable cash security deposit is required at check-in. The deposit will be refunded at checkout, provided the condominium is left in good condition and there is no damage.
