The unit has two bedrooms, with full access to the kitchen that has brand-new appliances, including a gas stove, a living room with an electric fireplace and 43" smart TV with streaming services, and a full bathroom. When you book the entire home, the whole place is yours. You won't share any spaces with other guests.

For added privacy and security, each bedroom has a smart keypad. Every guest receives a unique access code assigned specifically to their stay. Codes change between guests, so no two guests ever share the same code.

The home is close to everything Rochester has to offer: Rochester Regional Health is a short walk away, and it's about 8 minutes to the University of Rochester and the airport. Strong Memorial Hospital, RIT, downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and major highways are all within easy reach. Public transportation is convenient, with bus stops just a few minutes away on foot. Free driveway and street parking.

Good to know: no washer/dryer in the unit (laundromat nearby).

Check-in after 2:00 PM with self check-in via keypad. Check-out before 11:00 AM.

Please note: this unit sits directly above my own home, so footsteps and noise carry between floors. I kindly ask that you keep noise down at night.
