LAGO is a newer development, and certain areas and amenities are still being completed.

🚗 Parking

The indoor parking space assigned to Unit 404 is not currently available, as the garage is still under construction.

Until the garage is completed, guests will need to use street parking.

We have not yet been provided with a confirmed completion date for the garage.

Once the garage is completed, an indoor parking space designated for Unit 404 will become available.

🏊 Swimming Pool

The building`s swimming pool is still under completion and is not currently available for guest use.

We therefore do not recommend advertising the pool as an available amenity until construction is completed and access is officially confirmed.

📋 Building Rules

The condominium has building rules that guests will be required to follow.

We are currently awaiting access to CondoWeb from the property management team. Once the complete building rules are made available to us, they will also be shared with guests.

🌿 Outdoor Area

There is currently no private backyard associated with the unit.

Guests do have access to the available patio/balcony and outdoor spaces associated with the property.
