WINTER HERE

Cold mornings are when this cabin makes sense. Coffee by the big windows, a day in the national park or on the Parkway, then back up the paved resort road before dark. The hot tub steams under the deck cover, someone lights the fireplace without being asked, and the game room downstairs keeps the night going after dinner. Holiday weeks mean one kitchen, one long table and everyone under the same roof.

THE LAYOUT

Main level: the king suite with its own TV, the heart-shaped jetted tub and direct access to a full bathroom. The living room opens up with vaulted ceilings, warm wood and the stone fireplace, with the kitchen and dining table right off it so nobody cooks alone.

Lower level: the game room, a real room and not a corner. Pool table, arcade game, TV, lounge seating, both bunk sets and the second full bathroom.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, along with a starter supply of essentials, including toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap to help you settle in comfortably. These starter supplies are intended for the beginning of your stay. If additional items are needed, nearby grocery and convenience stores are just a short drive away.



✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the cabin's flat, paved driveway, making arrivals and departures easy with no steep mountain roads to navigate.

If the cabin is available, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in. Availability can be confirmed the evening before your arrival.

• Fresh towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for your stay.

• To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. These starter supplies are intended for the beginning of your stay. If additional supplies are needed, several grocery and convenience stores are just a short drive away.

A community trash compactor is available within Gatlinburg Falls Resort for disposing of trash during your stay and upon departure. Please help keep the area clean and avoid leaving trash outside, as wildlife is common in the Smokies.



✹ COMMUNITY AMENITIES ✹

Guests have access to the seasonal community pool located within Gatlinburg Falls Resort. Pool availability and operating dates are managed by the resort and HOA and may vary throughout the year.



✹ SELF CHECK-IN ✹

Self-check-in is easy with the keypad located at the front door. You'll receive your unique access code before arrival, allowing you to head straight to the cabin and start your vacation without stopping to pick up keys.



✹ IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION ✹

• For non-Airbnb reservations only: Any applicable refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.

• Beginning November 1, all guests with confirmed reservations are required to submit a valid government-issued ID and sign our Rental Agreement before arrival. We use secure property management software to collect this information and use it solely to verify your reservation.
