Availability is based on the owner's personal usage schedule, so open windows vary. Reach out with your dates and we'll confirm.



Can multiple families split the cost of a rental?

No. Each reservation is held by a single booking party traveling together. The home is not available as a cost-split among separate families or groups. One primary guest is responsible for the full reservation, the security deposit, and the conduct of all guests during the stay.



How many guests does it sleep?

Up to 8 guests.



Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A $3,000 refundable deposit is charged after your reservation is confirmed. The home is inspected before you arrive and after you leave, and the deposit is refunded within 7 days of checkout if there are no charges. Any charge is itemized, with photos and the actual cost.



What will I need to sign?

Our rental agreement, which includes a pool, spa, sauna, and waterfront liability release and the security deposit terms. We send it right after booking, and it must be signed before check-in.



Is the boat dock available?

Yes, with advance approval. Guests may tie up on the open side of the dock, so tell us before you book if you plan to bring or rent a boat. The motorized lift and the owner's boat are not available for guest use.
