Enjoy lovely outdoor spaces - a fenced backyard features a round hot tub on one of the decks. We offer a propane barbecue grill and covered patio with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. We also have a wood fire pit available - please plan to provide your own wood - gas stations and convenience stores nearby sell bundles!

Other highlights of our spacious home include:

• Three Smart TVs - an extra large wall-hung Smart TV in the living room and one in each bedroom upstairs, log in with your own streaming apps, cable is not available

• Well-equipped kitchen with large dining space, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and other small appliances, a Viking professional gas range, wall oven, and all of the cooking, baking and serving essentials you might need to enjoy meals at home

• Two bathrooms: one with a deep soaking tub and multi-jet tiled shower, and one half bath on the main level. Plenty of towels are provided.

• In-home free front loading washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, portable fans, and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib are available

•Technically a two bedroom home, we also have a flex space on the main level that can serve as a bedroom. It has a comfortable leather sofa with a memory foam pull out bed and a dresser, and can be curtained off for privacy. The sectional in the main living room is also a pull out queen sleeper. Linens are provided for both sleeper sofas. The large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom upstairs is quite large and we have two foldaway rolling sleeper twin beds with linens that can be used in the closet or rolled into the other bedroom. We can accommodate up to 10 total guests.

To ensure that our property will be suitable for your stay and group, we like to get these important considerations out of the way:

- This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted. Any evidence of smoking left behind will be subject to disposal and cleaning fees.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests listed on the reservation at the time of booking.
- There are stairs inside.
- No garage access is provided, but there is ample parking space on the driveway for 3-4 or more vehicles.
- An extra-guest fee of $10 per guest, per night applies after the first 6 guests; an accurate guest count is required.

The entire interior and exterior of the home is yours, however the garages are off limits.
