Getting around
Driving is the most convenient option — most guests will use a car to reach trailheads, thermal sites and groceries. Typical drive times: downtown Hot Springs (Central Avenue/Bathhouse Row) ~10–15 minutes; Lake Hamilton ~10–20 minutes depending on route. Street parking is generally available on residential roads but check signage for restrictions.
Walking and biking: some nearby attractions and trails are walkable if you enjoy hills; many guests prefer a car for comfort and convenience.

GROUPS
Unfortunately, this property is not available to student groups, parties or weddings. Families and those over age 25 are welcome to book!

PETS
We welcome pets and charge a non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay for up to two pets. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep the space comfortable for all guests.

SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.

For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case your plans change unexpectedly.
