The kitchen pairs newly painted cabinetry with a classic style refrigerator and a Forno gas range, along with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a breakfast bar with stools for quick meals. The home is one of four in a small building, and each home is identified by its own address rather than a unit number; your exact address and arrival details will be shared before check in. Full time neighbors live in the building, so we ask that guests keep noise considerate, particularly in the evenings.

The home sits along the Venice canals, a quiet residential pocket of footbridges, waterside walkways, and well kept gardens that few neighborhoods in America can claim. The beach, the bike path, and the Venice Pier are close by, and Abbot Kinney Boulevard, with its coffee shops, restaurants, and independent boutiques, is within easy reach. The markets and restaurants around Washington Boulevard and Marina del Rey cover everyday errands, and getting around on foot is realistic here, a rare quality in Los Angeles.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.

That said, this part of Venice is one of the most walkable and bikeable corners of Los Angeles. The canal walkways, the beach path, and the shops and restaurants of Abbot Kinney and Washington Boulevard are all easy to reach on foot or by bike. LAX is roughly 15 to 20 minutes away by car, and Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10 day grace period to return any items taken from the home at checkout (keys, remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of checkout.

Please note that this is a nonsmoking property. Any violation of the no smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Pets are not permitted.

Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of checkout.

-By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

-You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

-Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

-All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

-Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
