Freshly renovated with wide plank hardwood floors and newly painted cabinetry, this home sits just off the Venice canal walkways and is set up for families and small groups settling in for a month or more. The layout is compact and easy to keep track of, which makes daily routines with kids simple.

Meals come together around the open kitchen, with a four burner gas range and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stainless refrigerator. A breakfast bar with stools handles quick breakfasts before the day gets going, and a wood dining table seats four for family dinners. The living area has a sofa, coffee table, and smart TV for movie nights.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a closet with sliding doors. The second bedroom has a full bed, a comfortable setup for kids or another adult, along with a small desk for homework or a bit of remote work. The bathroom is finished with a glass enclosed shower, a wood vanity with a quartz top, and a deep navy accent wall.

Outside, the shared front yard opens onto the canal walkways, where footbridges and quiet waterside paths make for an easy family stroll, and the beach is close by for a morning on the sand. Mini split air conditioning, a new tankless water heater, WiFi, and a shared coin laundry room in the courtyard handle the practical side of a longer stay.


Guests will have access to the entire home. The home is one of four in a small building, and each home is identified by its own address rather than a unit number; your exact address and arrival details will be shared before check in. The shared front yard, which opens onto the canal walkways, and the shared coin laundry room in the courtyard are available to all residents. Full time neighbors live in the building, including directly upstairs, so we ask that guests keep noise considerate, particularly in the evenings.

The home sits along the Venice canals, a quiet residential pocket of footbridges, waterside walkways, and well kept gardens that few neighborhoods in America can claim. The beach, the bike path, and the Venice Pier are close by, and Abbot Kinney Boulevard, with its coffee shops, restaurants, and independent boutiques, is within easy reach. The markets and restaurants around Washington Boulevard and Marina del Rey cover everyday errands, and getting around on foot is realistic here, a rare quality in Los Angeles. For families, the calm, protected water at Mothers Beach in Marina del Rey is a short drive away and a favorite for younger swimmers.


Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.

That said, this part of Venice is one of the most walkable and bikeable corners of Los Angeles. The canal walkways, the beach path, and the shops and restaurants of Abbot Kinney and Washington Boulevard are all easy to reach on foot or by bike. LAX is roughly 15 to 20 minutes away by car, and Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.


By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10 day grace period to return any items taken from the home at checkout (keys, remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of checkout.

Please note that this is a nonsmoking property. Any violation of the no smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Pets are not permitted.

Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of checkout.

-By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

-You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

-Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

-All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

-Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
