Completed in October 2026, this charming cottage pairs crisp white shiplap and warm wood floors with vintage furnishings and thoughtful details that make it feel welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.



The main living area is bright and open, with soaring vaulted ceilings and a loft overlooking the space below. The mix of new finishes, natural wood and antique pieces gives Sleeping Bear plenty of personality without losing that fresh, just-built feel.



The cottage sleeps four comfortably with two king-size beds—one in the private main-level bedroom and another in the spacious open loft upstairs. It's a fantastic setup for a couple's getaway, a trip with friends or two couples traveling together, because nobody gets stuck with the “second-best” bed! The main-level bedroom also has doors leading directly onto the covered back porch.



The full bathroom is located on the main level and features a spacious walk-in shower. A full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living space make it easy to settle in for a weekend or stay a little longer, and a full-size washer and dryer add an extra bit of convenience during your stay.



Outside, the covered back porch gives you even more room to relax. The hot tub sits beneath the porch roof with a privacy screen along one side, making it a cozy spot for a soak no matter the weather. There's also an outdoor dining area on the porch, and just beyond it, Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit for evenings outside.
