Our thoughtfully designed three bedroom, two bathroom residence brings together warm wood tones, rich colors, comfortable gathering spaces, and room for everyone to unwind.

With a Smart TV and individual workstation in every bedroom, you can share the trip while still enjoying your own space. A fully equipped kitchen, in unit laundry, included covered parking, and a convenient first floor location make settling in easy.

THE SPACE

Warm, welcoming, and made for spending time together, the living room features a caramel leather sofa, soft cream lounge chairs, sculptural coffee tables, and a large Smart TV.

Natural textures, greenery, and terracotta artwork give the space its relaxed personality. Stretch out after sightseeing, settle in for a movie, or catch up with your group while dinner comes together nearby.

The open kitchen keeps the conversation going, whether you’re making breakfast before heading into the city or preparing a full dinner at home.

White and navy cabinetry, quartz countertops, warm wood accents, and stainless steel appliances create a bright, comfortable space with the everyday essentials already in place.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

Two full bathrooms make getting ready easier when you’re traveling together. Wood toned vanities, contemporary fixtures, softly illuminated mirrors, towels, and everyday essentials continue the home’s warm style. One bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

The full size washer and dryer are inside the apartment, especially convenient for longer stays, family trips, and packing a little lighter.

Every bedroom has its own Smart TV and workstation, giving everyone a comfortable place to catch up on work or unwind with a favorite show.

GETTING AROUND

Bus to NYC
Approximately a 3 to 5 minute walk to the bus stop, followed by roughly 35 to 50 minutes aboard the bus to Midtown Manhattan, plus waiting time.

PATH train
Approximately a 20 to 25 minute walk to Journal Square, with PATH connections to World Trade Center and 33rd Street. A local bus or rideshare is also an option for reaching the station.

Manhattan by car
Approximately a 25 minute drive to Lower Manhattan in light traffic.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Included parking
One covered garage parking space is included. Please let us know before arrival if you are bringing a vehicle and send its make and model so we can confirm it will fit.

The garage space cannot accommodate pickup trucks. Please check with us about other larger vehicles.

Street parking is also available in the neighborhood, but spaces become harder to find after approximately 7 to 8 PM. Availability is not guaranteed, and posted parking restrictions apply.

Small pets
Small pets are considered individually with prior approval. Before booking, please message us with your pet’s type, size, and the number of pets traveling with you.

First floor convenience
The residence is located on the first floor, making arrivals and everyday coming and going more convenient.

An urban neighborhood
The home offers a comfortable place to unwind in a residential setting. Normal city and neighborhood sounds may occasionally be heard.

Prepared for your arrival
The residence is professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before each stay.
