The Space:

Every detail of this apartment has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Recently renovated, the studio features a fresh contemporary interior with brand-new furniture and carefully selected décor, while the bathroom remains in its original condition.



Although located on the second floor, Madeira's unique landscape places the apartment high above the coastline, allowing you to enjoy panoramic ocean views from your private balcony and fall asleep to the relaxing sound of the Atlantic.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests with:

* One comfortable double bed

* One sofa bed for an additional guest

* Fully equipped kitchenette

* Wi-Fi

* Private balcony overlooking the ocean



We believe that feeling at home comes from the little things. That's why you'll find everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels, toiletries, shampoo, coffee, tea, a few complimentary laundry pods, dishwashing supplies and other everyday essentials to make your holiday easy and relaxing.



Whether you're visiting Madeira for adventure, remote work or simply to slow down for a few days, this apartment is designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.



The building includes a shared condominium swimming pool. Please note that the pool is managed exclusively by the condominium and is not an amenity of the apartment or included as part of the accommodation.

The condominium swimming pool is currently closed due to a technical issue. At the moment, the condominium has not provided an estimated timeline for the repair works.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and may also use the shared areas of the residential building, including the private gated parking, and building lobby.



Please note that the building also has a swimming pool. While it is part of the residential complex, it is currently closed for maintenance by the condominium management for an indefinite period. As the pool is managed by the building and is not advertised as part of our accommodation, it is not available for guest use.



Parking

A key card for the building's private gated parking area is provided. Parking spaces are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.



Alternative Parking

If the building parking is full, several free and paid parking options are available nearby.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Funchal's popular Lido district, the apartment offers the perfect balance of ocean views, convenience and local life.



Within just a few minutes' walk you'll find the Lido Promenade, Praia Formosa, Forum Madeira shopping centre, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, ocean swimming complexes and beautiful coastal walking paths.



Whether you want to spend the day exploring Madeira or simply enjoy sunsets by the Atlantic, everything you need is close by.



Getting Around:

Public transport stops are located just a short walk from the building, providing convenient connections to Funchal city centre, the Old Town, Câmara de Lobos, the airport and many of Madeira's most popular attractions.



Guests arriving by car will appreciate the easy access to Madeira's main roads, while airport transfers can also be arranged upon request.
