Staybridge Suites London by IHG

Very clean, no notes

Nothing

Everything was clean, room was well equipped for us and the kids. Pool was nice, staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

Wish that they had something more than coffee and tea for the kids available in the lobby outside of breakfast hours. Even if they had pouches of hot chocolate to purchase would have been nice.

A beeping sound was coming from a locked closet, I believe it houses the air conditioning system. We noticed the noise as soon as we arrived and informed the staff, who promised to send someone to fix it. We went out for an event and returned around midnight; the beeping was still going on, and we had to sleep with that noise. We checked out on Sunday morning, but the next day Monday once I was back home, I realized I had left two shirts in the room. I called immediately to see if they had been found; the employee on the phone said he would check with housekeeping and get back to me, but he never did. I called again on Tuesday; I was once again assured that they would check and call me back, but again, I heard nothing. I called a third time on Wednesday, and that was when I was informed that nothing had been found in the room. There’s a good chance I left those shirts in the room; perhaps if they had checked on Monday, when I called, they would have found them.

It was close to the highway..

I addressed it,AND I felt better afterwards…
