Central Location, close to everything.
Can be noisy at night.
8 / 10Doskonały·paź 2026
In a great location for quickly walking to all the downtown sights, to bike hire shops and for buses and Rideau metro station. The room and property was very clean and well maintained. The suite was comfortable and spacious . The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Even being high up in the hotel, the external noise of vehicles during the night could clearly be heard through the windows. The bed felt tired and lumpy. It was disappointing that the TVs in the suite were locked so that it was impossible to cast to them or to connect a device with an HDMI cable. The TV has a few apps on it, like Netflix and Prime, but this means that other services like Apple TV can only be watched on one’s own device. This is disappointing.

Location. Comfortable bed
Nice to have a washer dryer and iron
For some reason our room had a smell of smoke we both thought. We left the windows open to air out but there was always a slight odour. A little noisy outside at night

Location
Young gentleman at reception
When I was surprised about the price of parking, I said people don’t have much option but to drive
He said “ you could come by train or bus!” In a bit of an ignorant manner
I don’t have much patience for people like that
