The hotel was in a great location which made it easy to get around the city to take in all the wonderful sites.

Great location, tidy and comfortable.
I had seen other reviews so was a little wary of staying - but it was a good 3 1/2 star place. Woukd be happy to stay again.
Not really a major issue, but we ended up with extra city taxes, a sustainable fee and so the bill was higher than estimated.

The staff were very nice on arrival and the bed was comfortable.
Multiple messages from the hotel saying they would cancel my reservation if credit card details weren’t provided by 6.00pm. When I explained their system wouldn’t accept my card they confirmed this could be provided when I arrived at the property. This was a stress I didn’t need. The room was dark with the key light not working and we had a wall as a view.

Clean hotel despite the old carpet in the room. Location was also ok but there are better options in the area.
Stuff are very friendly and try to do their best
Hotel is old and had seen better days, the carpet felt very dirty. Breakfast was not worth it and you had to pay
