Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton West

The rate is cheap compared to the other hotels in the area. I also like the swimming pool; it's not crowded. The location is close to the church and the house of my sister that we visited. The breakfast is nice, but maybe next time add more options.

I don't like that when we ask for an extra towel the lady at the front desk got upset and ask why are we asking for a towel, when we already ask for it and she gave us two already. We did not have a replacement since our room has no room service each day, so we did not get a supply each day. we need the towels for the next day.

Quietness

None

We've stayed here before, it's a great hotel and exceptional for the price. This stay was great, but I couldn't give it 10 stars simply because our cards kept deactivating, so weird! And we had selected a main floor room but were put up on the 5th floor. I wasn't too impressed by that. But we got a good workout walking up and down 5 flights of stairs to constantly have to have our cards reactivated lol (I don't do elevators). The pool was fantastic and it was otherwise great as always.

Oops misunderstood the assignment, see above.

We didn't even get breakfast vouchers

The room smelled like animal pee
