Nice room, good beds, ample parking, pleasant entrance.

Bathroom amenities were very limited; I needed cotton swabs. The night-shift front desk staff member was kind and offered to bring some to my room after failing to find any in the drawer, but ultimately couldn't locate any. The pool was very small, as was the gym. Breakfast was not included in the price, which was already quite high

Breakfast not included, towels were not change and garbage not collected during our two nights stay, cards deactivated fast, pool crowded with kids and small for adults

Design very good, bedsheet was very clean, bathroom is very clean .

For comfortable is very good

Excellent location near the mall, stores and restaurants. An easy drive into Old Quebec to spend a day strolling there. Comfortable mattress, nice staff, clean.

For any room refresh, you had to ask by 2:00 pm the day before. Stayed two nights so that request had to be in before we even arrived to check in. Just a glitch for them to fix. The sheets and pillows weren’t great quality. The A/C was inconsistent. Hallways and elevators very hot. Room decor was depressing. Ceiling was a mix of dark grey or red. Add all the black furniture, black doors, black curtains and sheets, black lamps, black closets, and many dark concrete blocks along a big wall. Not a soothing environment.
