The bed was very comfortable. The rooms appeared to be very clean. Lobby was accessible and thier was plenty of parking. We liked the airport shuttle.
Location felt a bit remote but it was only 15 minutes to the airport. Jacuzzi was full of 15 to 20 friends in a group and the other Jacuzzi was closed. Not a fan of required room key to have lights on.

I left my eye glasses in the room and been trying to contact you……can not find the phone number.
The glasses are plastic frames , slight tinted and brownish colour.
I would be delighted to hear that you have them at your front desk and I could pick some up when we get our vehicle on our arrival back to Calgary 12 October.

The airport shuttle driver was prompt and very informative giving us the information we needed to find our way to checkin for our flight
the only complaint I have was that the pillow is too thick for sleeping.

Staff ok but I wouldn’t say friendly or welcoming
The fridge made a funny noise all night so hard yo get a good sleep
