Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·wrz 2026
Hotel is located inside the West Edmonton mall - ideal for catching coach services to Jasper.
We stayed there for one night. Both the shampoo and bodywash in the bathroom were empty - luckily we had brought backup. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Front desk staff was not helpful. When I asked where to catch the coach services to Jasper, the reception had no idea and was not even trying to find out for me.

The room setup suited our needs. The welcome treats for the grandkids were nice. Staff were all very lovely
Only one elevator was working during our stay made for a bit of a wait.
I know the hotel is “of an age” but some areas are showing that age
