The breakfast was great, but the 7am start on the weekend was a little late

Breakfast was fantastic...most hotels we stay at offer 'continental' breakfast, toast, cereal, coffee, etc. Not this one..they serve a full one, the best we've ever had at this chain! The staff are friendly and the hotel has all the amenities. There was coffee available in the lobby at all times and our room was very comfortable.
The traffic outside this location was very chaotic most times..hard to exit the parking lot and end up safely going the direction we wanted to travel. But in the end, it was worth the trouble and we'd gladly stay here again when we're in Calgary.

Location and the staff
The AC is positioned right next to the 2nd bed with no way to adjust its cover, so whenever it runs, all the air shoots straight at the person in that bed.
Weekend breakfast was pretty sparse—honestly, most items were completely gone. By 9am, there were no eggs, few breads left , no coffee cups or coffee left either. The kitchen crew seems nice and hardworking enough, but it's clear they're understaffed for the demand.

Property is in a great location if you have a car as only 5 min drive to shopping mall. Free parking also
Elevator door likes to open just before you reach your floor and whilst still moving. Pool wasn’t the best but when the pool maintenance man came in to say we are having to shut the pool only a couple minutes after he was siphoning it throw a hose. We decided the run straight back to our room and scrub ourselves clean. Also no changing rooms at pool
