Beautiful location. Excellent breakfast. Lounge and bar area lovely

Accommodation is looking a bit tatty and dated and in need of a refurb. Compact room which would have been fine except for 2 huge ugly armchairs that were way too big for the space We ate dinner in the restaurant and the menu sounded great- food was ok but not as good as it should be in a property of this type. The lake location is lovely but it’s overrun with visitors during the day who also roam around the hotel property - can feel a little intrusive at times

Porch needed nicer chairs and needed to be swept.

The location is breath taking, and the vibes of the whole place are off the charts. The main lodge is incredibly charming and well done. Staff were fantastic, and dining was excellent.

The room we stayed in needed a little love. Trim and walls were dinged up with thin paint, caulk was poorly applied and messy, grout along tiles was cracked, closet bar for hanging clothes was bent and unreliable, and some of the furniture needed a refurbish.

Great location 24hour bus to the car park was great although the bus was quite loud at night, maybe they should consider an electric vehicle.

Bathroom was in serious need of re doing, the shower curtain was stained, and the bath had chips in it.
