Great Location & always very clean!

The place was clean had great amenities and great location.

The indoor pool was closed, the condo was a little difficult to find on the property.

Location was good. It is just outside the "touristy" area. Lovely views and neighborhood. Gas and sundries right at the entrance off the Highway.

The facility is being kept up reasonably well. The buildings are older, but being kept up. Seriously disappointing was the walls were 'paper thin' so you could hear everything and appliances like washers and dryers are right against the wall shared with another unit. TV even kept at a lower volume were clearly heard. I can't imagine having a studio suite with a communicating door set with a family in the adjoining 1 or 2 bedroom! It was bad enough with just one or two people next door. And cooking smells went right from one unit to the next. Families with kids - a good place. Quiet retreat - not so much. My unit had not been cleaned in a while - the floors were filthy dirty, the bathroom was filthy - toilet bowl was not cleaned. The bed was not changed - there was human body and head hair in the bed. The sink was stopped up in the bathroom - took 3 days to get fixed. The cabinets and dishes - I washed crud off some. There was one 4 qt pan in a top cabinet. Not a stocked room. I washed the floors, toilet and stripped off the bed. My advice - check the room before the kids and luggage come in. The front staff is really nice - it is management and lack of decent workers in housekeeping etc.
