Clean, great location, staff very helpful and friendly

Shower could have been better

Location is very convenient for me since my familşy is nearby.

The hotel has taken 450 USD deposit from my credit card. This is the first time I have seen in my life that the hotel is tajking deposit.

Location is great and the view from the higher floors is really nice

Some of the facilities (e.g. bathroom curtains, and the shower itself) are more on the cheaper side, given the level this hotel is supposed to be at. The staff did not get our of their way to help, I have just arrived from across the world and I had to wait for my check in even though I was there only 30 min before the expected time (4pm!) and then I still had to wait in line even though my check in could have been finalized and I could have received my room at 4 pm without the need to wait further for no reason. I would still go there again but for people who travel a lot these are the small things that one expects and can make all the difference especially at this price and above.

The location was nice, although some nights you could hear drilling noises from across the street until 10.30 pm. The hotel provided us with ear plugs. From the 40th floor and above, the city noises fade and if you aren’t very difficult with sleep, it’s not that noisy. Many train stations around, many places to grab a bite. Staff was very polite.

The way breakfast works, should be reconsidered. Queues at 7.30 am for a muffin are never good. We arrived late at night and the hotel couldn’t provide us with blankets, they said they were sold out, the room although booked for a fam of 4, was missing sheets and pillows for the futon.
