It was my first time abroad and I was a little anxious at times. However, Kelly from Top Canary Villas was so helpful. She was always happy to answer any questions and we also purchased the deluxe package including some shopping in on arrival. As we were landing at 9pm it was pretty ideal and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we got the essentials we needed and required. She greeted us with a friendly professional manner and make me feel so welcome. She was also knowledgeable with excursions and day trips around the island.Would definitely recommend in the future and we look forward to returning to the island in October.

Villa looked as per photos and was in a very quiet spot with fantastic views, however pool is tiny and freezing with no option to heat it, plus no padded tops for the sun beds as per pictures. Had a few problems such as no plug for the kitchen sink, plus shower drain blocked so entire upper bathroom flooded day one when taking a shower! Also main light in 2nd bedroom didn’t work FOR THE WHOLE OF OUR STAY despite reporting it on day one. Cable tv has only 1 x uk channel - the news and some radio stations so not great, plus the downstairs toilet has some problems with the drains and the downstairs stunk of sewage all evening every evening once the doors and windows were shut. Management team were lovely and tried to resolve problems, but awfull smell and lack of light in second bedroom were not resolved. Would not return to villa under any circumstances.
