100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·wrz 2026
The room was spacious, inviting, and very clean, and the ambiance was great. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long, tiring day of activities. The king-size bed was also really comfortable, which made it even easier to get a good night’s rest. The bathroom was spotless as well. The flat-screen TV was great and had a ton of live-streaming channels. I ended up watching like five episodes of Law & Order: SVU during my stay, lol! They also had Netflix, Apple TV, and more.
Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was not very positive, as they were not particularly polite or welcoming. I was also disappointed that I could not order room service, despite it being advertised as an available service. When I called the room service number, someone answered and said, “There was no room service today,” in a rather impolite and dismissive tone. The view from my window was also not particularly impressive, especially considering that my room was on the fourth floor.

I love the pool they had! I also love the overall cleanliness and friendly atmosphere
my room not having a fridge like it said but still made things work without it!

The staff was very nice and the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and was helpful in any questions we had.
The only thing was we had no hot water for showers that morning and I had to call front desk and was told they had a boiler problem but it was fixed I felt they should have notified the guest this had happened.
