Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Edmonton

The location is good. We stayed in the suite and it was good for our family. My daughter loved the horse stable in the lobby.

A few more options for breakfast would be great. Children should be chaperoned in pool as a team of kids for basketball were wiping towels and balls al over and we had small children.

It was as expected. Usual fare at a free hotel breakfast.

The hotel has good amenities including fitness center & swimming pool. Free coffee & Slush Puppies are available to guests. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Courteous staff.

When my family arrived for check in we were told by staff that the hotel overbooked & we no longer had our room & would have to settle for a smaller room with less beds. We are 3 adults, so this was a major compromise. They advised us that $60 would be taken off our bill, which is obvious as now we had to stay in a smaller room. We have stayed here before & this was the 1st time that this sort of thing happened. We weren't impressed & telling us that $60 will be taken off our bill was insulting because obviously that's what they legally had to do as we were downgraded to a smaller room. We would normally stay here again but as this was a major imconvenience for us.,we will be booking elsewhere.
