Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton West

Everything. It’s a great location and near the excellent Edmonton West Mall without having to face the traffic going in and out of the city. The room was large and the bathroom was first class. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful,foul and pleasant throughout, great value for money too

The breakfast was tasteless, literally. We stayed for 4 days and bought the breakfast add on for each day. Brunch on the weekend needs more selection, very limited. The beds are very comfortable.

The entry looks very nice until you get to your floor and notice the carpets in the hall are full of stains and ripped up (on 4th floor)...I've stayed at other properties by this company and they were in much better shape. Housekeeping every second day so you had to ask for more coffee, cups etc. every day.

I felt that the staff were amazing.

I thought for the price I paid my room wasn't what I expected. Outdated. Tv only had netflix n not prime or disney. There was garbage left in my room from previous guest. A pop bottle lid, but still made me feel as room hadn't been cleaned properly. The rug felt sticky. The restaurant/lounge prices were expensive. The ac/fan unit was kinda loud. The front door to building was broken during my 2 night stay. Also did not like the fact u can use elevator without a key.
