The stuff was very helpful, especially Taylor at the front desk. The location was perfect.

They said there is a laundry machine and a dryer, although they knew the dryer doesn’t work properly. If I knew it doesn’t work I would take my laundry somewhere else. Instead I spent a whole day trying to dry my clothes after using the washer.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to the pier, and the staff was very nice and friendly.

The valet parking charge was extremely high compared to other Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. On top of that, I was charged an additional toll fee for overnight parking, which felt excessive and unfair. If I’m already paying for valet service, I don’t understand why there are extra parking-related charges. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be staying here again. To make matters worse, the hotel provided a flyer advertising free events, but by the time we went to the lobby, everything was already gone. Overall, I was very disappointed with the value and service.
