Excellent location friendly staff comfortable beds in quiet room,. Staff were friendly. Liked the included bike hire and $20 bar voucher each day.

Location was excellent!

There is no microwave available in the room or in any common area. Microwaves are available for rent on a daily basis instead.

The room was pretty good, and the housekeeping staff were consistently excellent and accommodating. The location is extremely good if you're visiting San Francisco regarding things to see/do and how easy it is to get transport.

I had a fairly long stay, but the fire alarm went off twice in a week. That was quite annoying, there was no fire thankfully but while leaving the hotel and waiting at the muster point, there was no notable guidance from staff. If it was a real fire, that's less than ideal. The most annoying thing was that I paid for my reservation on booking.com. However, the hotel did not register my payment and charged me again for my stay. I got no help from the staff at the front desk while trying to explain my situation, and it took a long while after contacting support to get my money back. I had to send my receipt of payment multiple times. Honestly the hotel offers good value for money but the lack of help from the front desk and lack of transparency about how they're charging me makes it hard to recommend.
