Great location, we walked to George street in the evenings. Bed was very nice but bathroom a bit dated and small. No sign of a host. Our view was a brick wall and parking was a bit confusing but otherwise we liked it.

It is a fairly good accommodation for St John's. The guesthouse seems to run smoothly. The Indian guys employed at the facility were friendly. Everything I expected to get from this stay I have got, but I didn't have high expectations.
The communication could be better. The phone number provided for the Contact was busy whole day with mo answering machine. The email was answered only next day.
The property also doesn't offer any breakfast nor any info about it and you have to search for it on your own.
No information on transportation, points of interest or any useful tourist stuff.
