Loved the basement room. Worked great for us, we were able to sleep in with no noise interruptions, it was dark and cozy.
Breakfast ending so early. When you sleep in you miss it.

Breakfast could be a bit more than boiled eggs, perhaps include sausage or ham.
After working hours, no one at the font desk, even though there is a bell to summon assistance. Any one can just walk in and go to any room without question.

Good/excellent.
We were in the renovation section. Bathroom had a broken GFI OUTLET. Poor lighting. Heater didn’t work when needed room was damp.carpet, filthy.
Wasn’t the first time when booking at other places that we were put in a dirty room because we had a service dog./ pet. We understand some dogs are undisciplined ,but there are exceptions.
