Great location & friendly staff. Great to be on the ground floor with our doggies.
Our room's Chromecast did not work so we only had a few basic channels of TV to watch. We were not offered a small discount or credit.
Pet Policy isn't great. Too expensive.

A good buffet style breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away.
It would have been nice to have had a kettle and better tea making facilities in the room

We were travelling with two dogs and two very young children. We were impressed with the outdoor area for the dogs. It was really nice and large. The room itself was very clean! One of the cleanest rooms I think we have ever stayed in. Staff were super friendly towards our dogs and children. Our kids loved the waterslide and the pancake machine at breakfast.
Honestly, we found the room very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We have no complaints. When we travel we normally pay extra to stay at the Fairmont for these reasons. So I was really impressed that our stay here felt just as comfortable as past stays at the Fairmont.
