The quiet atmosphere. Felt like staying in a private club.
Nothing to dislike.

Comfortable architecturally, location perfect, staff friendly and accomidating
Pub/bar music (taped) too loud, area too dark

I liked the charm of the hotel. Very lovely, artsy and vintage look.
The lights in the room were adequate, however the operating pad is very bright next to the bed and does not dim down when in night mode. Could do with some new window blinds - current ones in the room are functional but stained and old

location is great and the history of the hotel adds to the experience
it’s very run down for a 5 star. and the staff are not 5 star calibre.
