The Richca Chalet Resort was beautiful. The staff were kind and friendly and fulfilled all of my request when needed. The area is wonderful, very near to the River. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient. The Kitchenet was perfectly small yet, it had everything I needed. It was nice to make my own cup of coffee in the morning. The bed was comfy and I slept peacfully. At first I thought it was a bit pricy, but let's be honest, you get what you pay for and this Chalet was worth every penny. Thank you Richca, I will not hesitate to stay at your resort again.

Quite cute decor
the sheets and bedding were microfibre instead of cotton so i had a very poor sleep because the fabric does not breathe 😡

I tried when booking to specify a pet-friendly room with 2 beds, but that apparently didn't show up on the booking. So we needed to downgrade to a one-bed room to bring the dog in. Not the comfort we were hoping for. The air conditioner did a good job of filtering the wildfire smoke so that breathing inside was comfortable.

Decent privacy, quiet
Room smelled strongly of bleach. Windows were open upon check in despite it being winter so room took forever to heat from the single baseboard heater. Bathroom was almost too small to turn around in. Mattress was old, in poor condition and the duvet appeared to be 40 years old. Pillows flat. No extra pillows or blankets in the room.
