Room was clean, comfortable.
The heat control was a bit faulty, tv stand was broken, floor lamp was broken.

We stayed here before and we did an early check-in because we were arriving late and the staff was good
The smoke alarm in our room up on the second floor intermittently beeped in the middle of the night for no reason, waking us up so I didn’t get a great sleep

Friendly check-in host, all the paper work was completed and check-in was done within 3 mins. Good location. Clean rooms and bathroom, with a super comfortable bed.
It is a bit dated but very clean, that said it is a 2-3 star Motel and it met my expectations.
