Beautiful hotel at a great location. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.
Only one out of three elevators worked. Long wait times for elevator then very crowded because only one working. Saturday night none were working so we had to take the service elevator. The floors needed vacuuming. When we checked in on Friday there was a yellow crumpled paper on the floor of our hallway. When we checked out on Sunday it was still there. Obviously I could have picked it up but was just curious to see if it would be picked up.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were very large and spacious. Nice location to coliseum
There are only 3 elevators but tons of rooms. While we were there they were down to 1 working elevator, so waits were long.

Convenient location. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Happy hours were great!!
Only 1 elevator was working. Luckily we were on the second floor so we used the stairs. Lack of staff. Laundry room was trashy.
