The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful with details/hours of restaurants, amenities, and parking.
The breakfast staff was nice and offered coffee. Additionally, she was kind enough to give me change so that I could leave her a tip.
One thing that I always look forward to when traveling is a jacuzzi in addition to having a pool.

The front desk welcomed me and was very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the multiple light features and the spacious area to move around. There were also plenty of towels and toiletries available.
The air conditioner didn't get cold enough and the balcony was not accessible because of a padlock. I also noticed there are no liners in the trash cans but that is common in other hotels I have stayed at.

Being close to friends & former classmates; walking distance to friends in the Embassy
Having to clean the shower before using. The wall was stained in the room; no liners in trash cans. The attitude of the coworker of the young lady that checked me out; she was rude! We were pleased with the clerk that checked us in & out but the other female needs training in professionalism & minding her business. She is not a manager & should act her wage!
