I liked morning free coffee in lobby...very friendly staff.
I hate how expensive it is to stay in any motel or hotel....barely affordable anymore. AC very loud and fridge was unplugged so we had to man handle it out of position to get it plugged in.

Location, size, cleanliness, coffee bar in the morning.
It is not friendly for people with disabilities. The one elevator is archaic and hidden away. Because my wife has mobility issues, I will never stay at the V again.
It needs a breakfast place.
