Mostly nice accommodation, excellent breakfast, which included locally sourced coffee and food items such as Kaslo sourdough and homemade breakfast jams in a lovely restaurant setting. Serving staff are always a delight.
The bedding didn't smell as fresh as it should, and housekeeping tended to be hit and miss.
We had extremely noisy and drunk neighbours in the room next to us which I managed to quash with a polite word.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.
The on-site Italian restaurant, Marzano, is fantastic. It was bright, open, and warmly decorated. All the dishes were excellent. I loved the pizza—it really reminded me of Italy.
The hotel offered us a discount on breakfast at Marzano, which we really appreciated.
Parking is available across the street in a public lot.
The room was rather dark. We couldn't open the windows, but there were a few longhorn beetles on the curtains.
