The breakfast was amazing, the staff were all incredibly helpful and kind, & the facilities were great! I couldn’t have been happier with my stay!
There’s nothing I didn’t love, it was incredible.

I had such a great experience at this Best Western. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was incredibly warm and genuine. Mala went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and the room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
It is showing genuine care that really makes a hotel stay memorable, and that was definitely the case here. I had a very restful night and felt extremely well taken care of.
Thank you again to the team at Bester Western Brantford for such a lovely experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Close to where we needed to go and to hwy 403. Had fish and chips for dinner, very good.
Hard ridge on left side of bed. Sliding door to balcony very hard to open. Breakfast fine but buffet food lukewarm. Elevator broken.
